Small home theater sub.

What would you choose? I mainly watch movies and play xbox live. So doesnt need to be very musical just a nice bass explosion for action movies lol.

Price range is 100 bucks.
Dayton audio powered 8 and box

For $100 you can't really buy a decent subwoofer. You are somewhat wasting your money (though I'm not at all familiar with the demands xbox places on a subwoofer). If all you can spend is $100, just about anything is equally bad. PartsExpress has a good reputation, I'd have to give the nod to their Dayton line if these are my only choices. The TangBang driver is 83dB which will eat up all of the plate amp's power before you even hear it making noise unless you are sitting right on top of it. Even then, you don't know whether your box is suited to that driver.

i dont need an amazing sound setup i would never spend over 300 on the whole setup. just something small not looking to shake windows.
