Hi! I am a newbie, looking to exchange my Denon PMA-1500R (2x70watt in 8ohm), with an AV receiver, like the Marantz 7400. My concern is, that it will not be as loud/powerful as my old stereo-denon, and that it might not produce the same quality when listening to regular stereo-music?
Can someone clarify a bit... like, is the 7400 a good choice, would a 8200 be better etc? :] I really don't know, how high I need to go... My roomsize is about 20 square metres at the moment..
