I`m currently using a Technics SA-DX930 A/V receiver with a pair of B&W DM-610`s. I`ve recently upgraded from a low end Technics CD Player to a Roku Soundbridge digital music player, which works superbly well and has spurred me on to upgrade the rest of my setup.
I`m now in the market to upgrade my receiver - my budget is £500-£700 max and my main requirements are::
Good quality DAC (plan to connect the Roku Soundbridge via digital coax to the receiver for music playback)
Support for a 2nd zone (want to have a second set of speakers in another room)
Good quality 5.1 output
My speakers are obviously not the best, so I may upgrade those at a later date.
