ok i was over in America for a month visiting my freind and over there i bought a 20gb i pod. It worked fine at his house but i put it on his pc. When i returned to ireland i was shocked when it didnt show up on my i tunes. I told my freind wat had happened and he said it was because i put it on his pc. I asked for help in a computor shop but they said it to me n it was confusing. i really need help

You have to reset the ipod. If you put music in your ipod by using another computer, you will not be able to extract the music from the ipod onto your own computer. It is a one way transfer. Go to apple.com and check their tech support and find out how to do a reset.
My 2 children each have Ipod shuffles, i just bought a new computer and am having difficulty getting both Ipods up and running. Do I have to install each using different install discs or is there a certain order of events i have to follow ?
