so.. the sansui S-X1100... nice powerful old stereo amplifier...
the only problem is, it quit working it was heating up and shutting off, so i just set a couple of computer type cooling fans ontop, and it ran fine for a few more months, but now it blows fuses when powered on.
suggestions? what are the common causes for this
i would appreciate any help i can get before i dive into the amp. also, do you think it might be worth taking to a repair shop, if i cant get it running? thanks, matt
