Firstly, i'm using my Panny s97 dvd as a cd player too; hooked up to a NAD 763. I know many of you will faint at such crime but the piggy bank only goes so far... ok, now to the queston...
Which option will have best cd DAC for "better" sounding music?
a) The Panny s97 with an analog hookup going into the NAD 763 b) or the NAD with a COAX hookup from the Panny.
Anyone familiar with the music DAC for these two?
Now i know the right thing to do is just listen, but i'm curious what the experts think...
