Recently, today actually, I went to turn my reciver on and it turns on but im getting very low sound like i turn it all the way up it sounds like headphones. I'v rechecked everything, speakers, wires ect. I find no problems. I think its toast what does everyone else think ? :/

It doesnt sound promising......

How old is it?? If you've had it awhile, it sounds like a perfect time to upgrade. If it's an older 'pro-logic' receiver, I wouldnt even bother having it looked at.

I meant that only if it was an old 'pro-logic' receiver.

Since it's a 6.1 channel surround, you could always drop it off at a local repair shop and have them give you an estimate.

In general, they arent difficult to fix, but sometimes the cost of the repair is high enough, that it isnt worth having the work completed. At the very least, you can check and see.
