RalfB Unregistered guest | What don't you just call or e-mail Shure? My V15 Type III stylus was broken off at the shank by my daughter a number of years ago. I called Shure and they asked me to return the "remains" of the stylus to them, and they sent me a brand new OEM stylus for $25! A great "old-fashioned" company to do business with . . . the way companies treated their customers years ago. |
