PROTECTOR light comes on as soon as I turn power on, regardless of speaker switch positions. I unplugged speakers and all other components from rear, thoroughly cleaned outside and inside with compressed air. Didn't help. This is a 1987 vintage A/V receiver and it has served well up until now. Always kept clean and on an open shelf (no overheating). Anyone have any suggestions as to the cause?
