Help with my Lyra 1090 player

When I try to "export tracks to a portable device" from music match jukebox it is not recognizing my Lyra in the box below. I have downloaded the latest firmware from the RCA site, added the plug-ins, even tried to reinstall the software that came with the device and still it does not recognize that me device is attached-any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem with my Lyra RD1020 - so I sure wish someone would help. I haven't tried to add new music in several months. My Lyra always worked like a charm before -- don't know why this is happening.

HELP!
