Looking for a new A/R receiver..................please help!!

I just bought a new set of Energy Connoisseur speakers with sub and am looking for the "perfect" receiver to compliment them. Can anyone help me? I am willing to spend about $1000 cdn and have been looking at these models:
IMO, the Marantz would be the best. The Denon would be too dry, and bright for those speakers, you need a more warm sound to match those speakers. The Onkyo would also be a good choice, but they are more about features than sound quality.

Thanks Dawg. I just did a bit of surfing and found that there is new model to replace this one....the sr8300. Have you heard anything about this particular model?

The SR8300 is next up from the 7300 which I have and recommend. The 7400 is the new model replacing the 7300.
