My pet rabbit bit through the single cable from my Philips FR-984 Receiver to my subwoofer. I replaced the cable but still have no sound from the suby. any ideas ? can a short between the shielding and the conductor, during rabbit chewing, cause your subwoofer output to blow ?its probably the amp but I'm dreading disconnecting everything and open the thing up.
