I'm not even sure what "Running In" a speaker is? I assume it means to break in. How should I do it? Play it low for a given amount of time? Help!

I have 4-bookshelf, 1-center, & 1-sub; Now what???

Just use it normally and they "run in" on their own.

It refers to breaking in the drivers and they don't sound their best until after several hours of playing.

If you're impatient leave the radio on all day or use pink noise. Playing it low will do nothing as it involves moving the cones. I think I remember which receiver you have, setting it to around -30dB for a while should do it.
