Bose cube speaker with Philips subwoofer?

Can I connect Bose cubes to a Philips subwoofer(FB 301) of 100 watts RMS

Yes, you can.

Will it sound good?.... probably not.

Those cute little cubes only go down to about 240-ish hz. That sub probably only goes up to about 150 to 180 hz. That means that there is going to be a sizable gap between where the sub shuts off and where the boses' start. That means you are going to miss depth in dialogue and special effects in movies and midrange in music. You are probably better off using the bose mid-woofer box that goes with the cubes.

Bose needs lots of power to sound ugh... good.

Get a real receiver... and while you're at it, get some real speakers.
