I am trying to photograph wall finish samples that do not have a lot of contrast. The camera works perfectly except when it does not have any contrast to focus on. It keeps trying to focus and gives the R03 message... but if i move it to a more contrasty image it shoots away. It also has the crappy focusing but I know that is another issue. Any ideas?
