Hello, I have two problems with my Samsung SC-D363. First: I have created movies several times with no issues. Recently When I watch my recorded info on the SC-D363 the picture is clear and nice but when I upload the video it comes out blurry on the PC and when I burn it. N idea why.
Problem number 2.
Because I was having issues with the PC I tried to upload the video onto my new laptop which uses Vista. I have tried Fire wire and USB and neither will work. I downloaded all the drivers but still nothing. Any suggestions on either issue.
