Can you use RG6 Coax cable with RCA adapters on the ends for audio cables. I have bunch of RG6 cable and all my system cables (red, white, and yellow) are all cheap ones. So I thought I could buy a bunch of ends and RCA adapters and make my own cables, I might come end up with some quality cable instead. Any thoughts?

Thank You. Since my post I have found a good web site on how to do just that.

Yup! The canare route would have been in the slightly longer answer. And although it's a good system, it's also a bit pricey for a couple of cables.
If you are going to spend that kind of money, I would suggest using RG59, solid copper coax w/braided copper shield instead of RG6.
