Question on speaker connectors

need some help, just bought a pioneer 1014 reciever and a polk audio rm 6800 surround system...both are in the mail still. Anyways I was thinking about using monster speaker wire...i think its like $60 for 100 ft. anyways I was wondering if there is any benefit to using speaker wire banana plugs or some other type of terminal...other than ease of connection. I'm more concerned with sound quality than the extra 20 minutes to connect them....

and if it is better to connect it using these which ones are good and where are a good place to buy it from?

Unless you're planning on connecting and reconnecting multiple sets of speakers on a regular bassis, there's no need for banana plugs, Certainly not from a sound quality standpoint.

And a side note... Monster is over priced. You can get good 16 or 14 guage speaker wire for much less with no audible sacrifices.
