Sorry guys, I was away for the weekend. The jacuzzi line did come from "Trading Places." One of my all time favorites.

Damn berny, I didn't think anybody would come up with that one. I thought it's only me being forced to watch it a million times because my little boys like it.

Not that it's a bad movie.

Hate to get philosophical, but I liked this line for a recent movie:

"Life is not the amount of breaths you take--it's the moments that take your breath away."

And no, it's not Mary Poppins.

More hints might help:-)

"for a moment there, I thought we'd be in trouble"

Dude, I say that all the time! :-)

No clue...lame excuse but, man, that line is not memorable or even unique at all...it could come from any movie or TV show even.:-(

Post Number: 873

Finally got you stumped :-) just kidding.

Actually the line is probably as classic as "here is looking at you kid", but it is in context of the scene.

All right here is another one:
"there is something I gotta tell you, I never killed anybody before"
"Helluva time to tell me"

I don't think I've seen this one in a veeery long time. But the only thing that popped to my head was a classic movie "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid".

"just out of curiousity, which casinos were you guys planning on robbing?"

"mgm grand, mirage, and the bellagio"

Not at all Stof...it's just sometimes the lines get blurred when they all seem to be coming from different movies. That was tough, though or maybe just too old:-)

For some reason I was thinking The Unforgiven and Big Trouble in Little China, when you gave the other clues. When you brought in "helluva time to tell me...", that kind of brought things together. But if you kept repeating the "Who are those guys?" line over and over again, it would have been easier, because Butch kept asking that in the movie.

I'll take a wild guess and say Ocean's Eleven

I'm thinking "Ocean's Eleven". But I could be wrong, there are many Las Vegas movies.

But the three casinos you mentioned were only brought together in one movie being owned by one Terry Benedict...

"Kind of like where do I know that person from..."

Sorry, that wasn't a movie quote. It was late last night.

I meant the movie Nuck mentions is bothering me more than I care to admit. Kind of like seeing someone and asking yourself "Where do I know that person from?"

Man, Stof, you must been here at the right time.
My favorite movie(top 3).
Mrs Nuck hates it.
All the screaming and running around!
And Winter riding the little girl's bicycle!

Ok it's a Three Stooges episode where they run into a young lady who is saving up money to have an operation for her young son so he doesn't have to walk with a cane. They end up breaking into Fort Knox by mistake.

Another classic line after they break in:
"There is enough money here for Timmy to have his operation"
"There is enough money here for all of us to have an operation"

Not bad at all Berny and thus the trick in the quote for which you get half the credit. It was famously quoted by General Chang in the Star Trek VI The undiscovered country. General Chang as you may recall preferred Shakespear in the "Original Klingon"
