How big of an alternator do i need??? Att. Glasswolf

Anonymous	Posted on Thursday, January 08, 2004 - 23:24 GMT hi, I have a KX600.4 and a KX500.2 amp. (600 watt and 500 watt rms) Right now all i have is a 100A stock alt...and a 2 farad cap. How big of an alt do i need for my chevy 1500 truck. Will a 160A or 180A work???
