I am stuck between to setups. Should i keep my 15" Kicker CVR's or trade them for 4 Cadence UD104 subs?

The 15's are 500 rms each the 10's are 300 rms each.
I currently have a 1000 watt @ 1 ohm Planet Audio amp (VX900.)
For the usual Ecoustics members who are wondering, yes, I change my setups a lot, what can I say? I like trying out new subs. =]

If anyone has experience with either of these subs please inform me, perhaps some pros and cons??

I am sure I will get some good feedback.I always do.

Thanks to all in advance.

Well...I know the CVR's capabilities, but the Cadence UD104's????

From my hands-on w/ the old UD's, they hands down outperformed the CVR's from the same year.

But, for the new UD's....all I can say is this....
They look like the spawn of 2 inbred cousins.

The new series baskets are similar to Quantum Audio subs (cheap Chinese made). But I have not hands-on experience w/ them.
I am a dB Drive dealer (sister company to Quantum), but have no experience w/ any current Quantum subs. Nor Cadence's lower lines.

The high-line cadence is a DIRECT copy of the AudioQue HDC3, but I don't know about the lower stuff.

The new UD's, are those the ones with the metal spearhead looking thing for a dustcover?

Aren't the CVR 15's 750W RMS?

Those are the older Cadence subs (the ones I referenced in my earlier post)

They are HANDS DOWN better than the compatible model Kicker subs.
(verses same year model Kicker subs....$ for $.)

EDIT:

That model Cadence sub is ~3yrs old.

Well I traded my Audiobahns for them. Did they have a 2 ohm single voice coil option?

These are single 2 ohm voice coils, just checked them. I need 1200 rms @ 2 ohm to push them fully.
