I have an tc sounds lms 5400. I was looking at partsexpress today and seen that they have the passive radiators. Is there any advantage to using one? I know they are for tuning. I've been in and out of car audio for many years, but I have zero experience with passive radiators. Is it the same as a port but just easier to tune the box?

a passive radiator is like a ported box, really. they extend lower end output, but @ a tuned frequency. I've used them in cars before. I had one box in a firebird that used two 8" subs with two 10" radiators and it worked well.
