I got an Audiopipe 1800.1d, and it as not that bad of an amp. It is a bit overrated though ( requires only a 120 amp external fuse).I Do not see how they say 1800 watts rms at 1 ohm load, but hey,they are quite affordable.

14.4*120=1728*.8=1382.4 give or take, you can make more power with higher voltage or a higher THD %.

theres a lot of argument that that math wont give you what it can put out but it gives you a good ruff estimate.

check for internal fusing as well
i have heard they do rated, but i would like to see a bench test to know for sure

Well whoever heard that does rated power heard wrong... very wrong..

The math above is actually a generous estimate but it shows the important thing, that its absolutely impossible for that amp to do the rated power. Actual output will be less than ~1200 watts.

And then the name audiopipe is on it, that right there tells you its gonna suck.

they are over rated a friend of mine and my brothers bench tested one and it was around that 1200 watt rating
