Which will be louder, cleaner, deeper? Alpine type r 10 ported or 2 kicker cvt 12's shallow mount in a sealed box of. 77 cu. Ft. Per chamber when kicker recommend 1.0 cu. Ft. As minimum? For a 04 2500hd crew cab.

the 12" will be louder
a ported box will have a lower cutoff frequency than a sealed box
the ported box will have greater transient delay, but will mask distortion better.

No idea about the specs adam as I was gonna get it custom made by a professional @ bill's boxes & electronics. Guy has a degree in electrical enginerring like you glass and fix electronics, builds boxes for a living. Anyway Glass you said the 2 12's in a sealed will be louder than a 10 ported. What about since kicker recommend at least 1.0 cu. ft. per speaker and if I can only do .77 which is .2 less, will it sound like crap, not hit deep, or what?

through some polyfill in there and you might be fine with just .77

did you remember to subtract the woofer displacement in the box

23% reduction in volume for a sealed box will make the box peaky and reduce it's power handling. You may not like the results. The dacron will only replace the effective volume by about 10%, still leaving you 13% shy of ideal.
