not sure what the rules are up there, but clean up and secure those wires, try having the door half closed, maybe the window all the way up. you should gain a few tenths off that.

get rid of that paint job and you will prob gain another 2dbs....

rovin lol yeh, you shoulda seen it when i was getting qualified on sat for sunday. there was a new rule where when your getting verified on sat to qualify you have to have all the equipment in the truck you plan on using on sunday, how ever your allowed to remove equipment but not add equipment. so we had all my SQ amps installed in there already and we manage to fit 2 American Bass 500.1's AND 4 Sundown 3500D's so i could choose with ones i wanted to go with (as you can see i choose the sundown's (more power each 3500 was seeing .25 ohms :D and i kept it on 345 amps of fusing in the parking lot testin however during my run i did not :-()

so yeh thats why it was a mess of wiring, i was installing amps sunday morning LOL

and thieves, the truck was loudest with door wide open, no difference with window up or down, and my drivers seat all the way forward leaning up like that

nice.

I find it wierd that you can do a run with the doors open and windows what not. Where is the mic placed?

the shows around me are all sealed, tl on the dash.
I would be interested to do a run outlaw and see what differance it makes.

Have you done any runs sealed, tl on the dash? what was your reading that way?

its in MECA which your allowed to have and door/window open

the TL mic is 20" from your windshield and head rest heighth

i gain going from the head rest to the dash sealed because when you think about it in MECA you have nothing to load pressure off of, its in mid air where as on dash well yeh

and yes Exige was there helping brace :-)

and looking over the vid my truck doesnt really flex that bad or rattle :D

Pizza Pimp, I know what loud looks like, we put up a 156.8 after a couple hour build 3 12" Mmats 3.0 hybrids, 8kwrms in boxes you won't see at finals are most any audio shows these days, didn't have much time during the 2 weeks prior to Heatwave.

And I'm sure D-Money loves some guy speaking for him. Whether or not you consider him to be a well known competitor, he may or may not have tried any or some of the things I suggested.

As he answered for himself, he had gone through the motions.

Ok, ~45hz sound right for what I was thinking.
With the subs/port loading to the floor, in car tuning should be quite a bit lower than on paper. But being being metered at the headrest and the distance to the dash, that freq is about right...if i'm looking at it correctly. Maybe as high as 48-50hz though.

I wasn't speaking for him lol
I was simply stating that loud is not pretty, and I'm sure he has been testing alot with his new truck.
