What was the outcome? Was it worth going that route? I have 8 12's im trying to decided how to install.

Do you have AIM sean? It would be easier to do it over that...

Yes Ive done 4 iso boxes...
4 12s, 4 15s, 6 10s and 2 12s.

If you have the speakers already purchased I would consider doing it... If you have yet to buy them I wouldnt buy extras just for the box.

Ok if you already have the subs you can do it.You have several options on what box you want to run.

1. If you want to run all 8 subs in a box that will be about the size of 4 subs you can do a iso clamshell box. You will lose a few dBs from a normal box with 8 12s but it will improve the low end and save you a tun of box space. Heres the 4 15" box did in my mountaineer a few years back... It was like 5.5-6cuft net if i remember correctly.
