New member Username: Wackzirth88K-town, Il U.S. Post Number: 4 Registered: May-09 | I have 2 kicker cvr 12s 2 ohm 400 rms each and a hifonics brutus 1210d. i have it wired at a 2 ohm load which i believed was pumping 900 rms. But since ive been looking into ways to improve my system im seeing alot of people are saying hifonics brutus are overrated. Ive seen that they only push 800-900 watts rms at 1 ohm load. Im wondering if i wire my subs to 1 ohm, adjust my gains.Can the subs handle it? or good chance theyll blow. i definately dont want that but i do want as much bass as i can get with what i have. |

I know it would not fry the subs immediately. but it is irrevalant as he has wrong vc configuration. |
