Hey guys, I am rather new to car audio, but I am looking to get some high quality low end into my Jetta. I am buying two 10W6v2's, and I need some amp advice. The guy at Tweeter told me that the JL 500/1 would push the 10" woofers just fine, but I have a suspicion that it might not be sufficient. Although I only want high end stuff, I'd rather not pay for the JL 1000/1. I am looking for clear, hard low end for my system, not competition-winning levels. Thanks for the help!

Brandon,
I have 1 10"w6v2 and an 500.1 and the amp is more than enough to push it. The 100o.1 will push two subs but I'd keep the gain low to be safe. JL's 1000.1 puts out WAY more than 1000w so be extra careful
