Building Box, Right angles on the inside?

If so, why? And How would I eliminate them? Building a box for Fi.Q 15" this weekend if it stops raining, Any ideas for getting the most Cu Ft out of a 97 Accord Trunk? Box building design tools suggestions? Any help would be great.
