If any store is going to have it, Radioshack will.

S-video is only video. Correct me if i'm wrong but im pretty sure you can only get video out of it, i.e. 1 rca for video.

That may be what you're looking for, with the s-video to yellow rca for video, and the green headphone style cable to red / white rca audio. That's really 2 cables bound together, and audio Y cable and an s-video to rca cable.

That is correct you connect the audio seperately.

This cable is the type he needs for the video.

hmm, well heres what im tying to do, i am tryin to run my stereo system throught my laptop, i have been using 3.5mm jack to the 2 audio RCA plus, but i would like to instead go through S-video cuz i thought it would be a better connection, so no sound goes through the S-video??

Well if your stereo can handle it as an input, and your laptop puts it out, you can always try it....... But my initial answer is No, I have not seen s-video do anything but video.

S-Video is just that, video. The audio goes through the RCAs, same as if you were using composite video (the vide RCA jack).

RCA connection is the only way to do it unless both your stereo and laptop have digital audio jacks, which I 99% bet they don't.
