theres a guy on here hitting 160s but im not entirely sure what he's using nowadays, he's not on here that much anymore, but whaqt joe was saying is if you just buy what he has you still wont match his spl scores... it takes ALOT of knowledge, time, money, and experience to hit numbers like that... if you're wanting 160s though make sure your ready to spend at least 10-15 grands on a system and probably more... youll need to run 15000+ watts and have about 6 grand spent on electrical upgrades alone if not more... probably more... spl isn't cheap and i gauruntee if you hit 140s youll be happy...

My best has been 145.9 (car running street B) Db drag with 2krms, and 142.6 car off.

New amp I have hit 144.1 same class as above car off though so I have not seen the difference with my car running.

I want to see his alternator setup.Even his computer is retarded!4GB of ram is just pointless. You can read up in Maximum PC in regards to that. It's like having a 1,000 horsepower engine that has a single speed trans that only goes 30 MPH,the power is there but you can never use it.

By saying "who's the loudest" it really doesn't cover the different types in my opinion.
It's much easier to get a high score at 60+ hz in a walled vehicle designed just for burping one frequency than it is to get a similar score at 30-40hz. I can tell you which one will seem louder to the ear too. Again, try playing a car setup for burps on music... it really wont do it justice.
It would be more realistic to start one of those 'Post your numbers' threads. So you can get idea of what people are doing with what equipent and at what frequency.

Do you really think you can, think about it, lOl. I have less space, more experience, a well built box, a great sub, more than double the power of what I actually need and a 16V system (17.6V). What you got, a DD 9515f on 4K in a good box I thing, 14.4V at the most and probably double the cabin space. I would beat you silly with the SSX that you swore you couldn't get loud enough, lOl. Ya the runs going to the amp are only 12" the others go straight to the spare tire well. It is all in the testing phase and doing great. I was looking ahead when I cut the wire so that I can use it in the future with the amp rack, nothing like having pieces of wire laying around to short for the job, almost like living with LilRob I guess, lmfao... Yea...I have plenty of random lengths of wire and that's why they sell couplers :-) I actually haven't used the couplers to say they hold the wire together too great but if I need to I can connect two short lengths of 1/0.Hurry up and get that sh1t metered up.There's 2 comps this weekend in MECA.One is in Lake Of The Hills or some sh1t like that, check on Meca's website for reliable info.

"true true. troy if you see this give us an update and some pics would be wicked too!!!!"

I just got back from vegas a few hours ago- nothing is updated or worked on. I met scott from Fi while I was there, great guy- really cool to see behind the scenes. Subs should be in within a few days, so hopfully I'll have everything installed (alternators not included) by the end of next week.

I'm not building a wall to burp a high number, I'm looking to build something that will really shine in the sub 40hz range, but I do espect half decent numbers. I have a goal set in my mind, but we'll see.

"JK I looked over your posts and not much of a secret there, maybe a hint? :-) Polo.."
