.1322 for port wall #1
.1322 for port wall #2
.3967 for port #1 internal
.3967 for port #2 internal
4.30 cubic feet net without sub and batting (which increases volume of space sub sees lowering port tune also)

20.25 long port length including the front wall 2.25 wide 16.25 high internal 38.3 hz tune with two pounds of poly batting is the best I can come up with right now but youll be better off going longer on the port but youll lose room in the box ...a 36 hz tune would be ideal....my brain is spent for the day maybe someone else can help

heres the program I used

.3667 forport #2 internal
5.06 cubic feet net without subwoofer
youll be at a 35 to 36 hz tune with 2 pounds poly batting 38.43 hz without it
20.25 inch long port including front wall of .75 inches 16.25 high internal by 2.25 inches wide internal

This is definately correct

6.07259 cubic feet without subtracting ports divider or subwoofer

.1551 for center divider
.1375 for port wall #1
.1375 for port wall #2
.3667 for port #1 internal
.3667 forport #2 internal
4.90909 cubic feet net without subwoofer
.59244 cubic feet added if the box is made 2 inches deeper
5.50153 net cubic feet without subwoofer aprox. .14 off for both subwoofers displacement
5.36153 cubic feet net
37.34 hz port tune with a total of 20.25 inch long ports .75 front board thickness included (19.50 deep before that is added in)

20.25 inch long port including front wall of .75 inches 16.25 high internal by 2.25 inches wide internal

"20.25 inch long port including front wall of .75 inches 16.25 high internal by 2.25 inches wide internal"

should read .... 20.25 inch long (ports) including front wall of .75 inches 16.25 high internal by 2.25 inches wide internal

your fine for the 2000 watts rms should you choose to use that much power ...port volocity wise...meaning 73.125 square inches of port area will give great air flow

dont forget to add 2 inches to your depth....from 22 inches to 24 inches

If my box is Tuned to 40 Hz will it be ok to put the sub sonic filter to 30 Hz cause it sounds better the lower you put it? and what should i put my low pass filter at? because its louder the higher i put it

Hope this clears it all up

ok first heres what you gave 33 wide by 22 deep by 17.75 high I took those to mean measurements on the outside of the box then I changed your box demensions externally to 33 wide by 24 deep by 17.75 high so if use the measurements inside the box you would get 5.36153 cubic feet net and net means actual useable space after all wood and speakers are placed inside the box then instead of a 2 inch wide port I changed it to 2.25 inches wide by 16.25 inches high for proper port function airflow wise then that changed your port lengths (both of them) to 20.5 inches deep and gave you a port tune of 37.34 hz

so heres how you build it

33 inches wide (external measurements) by 24 inches deep (external measurements0 by 17.75 high (external measurements)

then add the ports like in your drawing but change the scetch to 2.25 inches wide each port and make the height the same as your scetch but to make the port change your scetch from 11.25 inches total length to 20.5 inches total length

as far as a box tuned to 40 hz they will sound like crap music wise dont do it....and if your box sounds better with the subsonic set lower than 39 hz on a 40 hz port tune then you probably dont have a 40hz port tune.....and by the way playing lower than your port tune can damage your subwoofer

my scetch is a box i got from a friend, will you think that 2.25" will be good SQL for them subs? i really don't like the sound of the box i got now i just want some thing that hits hard and has good SQ and that will be pretty low hitin bass cause im not really likin this 40 hz right now... :-\ do you think them plans from that web site i showed above will be what i want?
and thank you for helpin me, Your the only one lol :-]

make a box the way I told you is all i can say....i didnt realize that box was already built.....making your port wider will raise the tune if thats all you do to the prebuilt box
