The subs are Kenwood 10" shallow mounts and NO, I didn't tell the customer to use those subs for this design, I tried to steer him towards the ED SQ10's.

Marc,

I made a template of the side part and cut multiple parts out of 1" MDF and glue stacked/clamped and them cut the angle on the TS.

what is the pvc pipe for, if its a port, then why doesn't it go into the chambers for the subs?
I'm gonna guess and say its for running the wires to the amp, since thats probably an amp tray in the middle....but wouldn't that effect the sound too?

Very nice. The rounded sides are a sweet touch. Everything I've seen from you looks like it takes a week to do.

Question. I've suggested it to Logan b4, do you sign your boxes or have a trademark somewhere where ppl can identify your work? Personally I would with as many as you guys build.

Chad is correct. The PVC pipe is to run the wiring to the amp and it would of been a pain in the azz to fabricate something similar with mdf and no to mention would of displaced more volume doing so.

Paul,

I sign enclosure enclosure, but, not where it can be seen in plain sight. As for the round sides they are done for a reason as it allows for clearanceof the interior fender wells inside the vette and the cusomer provided a template trace that allowed me to make sure the sides fit the width exactly to size.

It generally take a few days to build an enclosure given all the orders I processing at this time and right now that is 10 to 14 days because there's just so many orders from customers.

Yeah, I know folks think it shouldn't take that long to build a "box" but, there's also the time that has to be spent designing each one and working out all the details before it comes to start cutting and building one, like the " Vette Box ".

Plus, I also have to take care of e-mails, hunt down spec's for this and that and do all that other crap that comes with running a business.

Mike,

I'm in Willow Grove, PA.

As for the cost of that particular enclosure was over $ 280.00 given the level of fabrication details involved & customer wanted options above that over what the price originally quoted.

Nice Overhead shots.

Yeah, now that I think about it, Shelter Systems used to be called MFC.

Actually, in the bottom overhead shot where the rancocas creek is I used to go swimming there, the place was or maybe still is called Shady Rest back when I used to live up road further on marne highway in Masonville and I when to school at Fleetwood.

He!!, that was back in 68'.

I came to Jersey back in 1986. I was in my early teens then. Did most of my running around in Riverside, I know you know about Riverside lol. Bar central. First job as a carpenter's helper in the Riverton/Palmyra area. Nice historic work done to the victorian homes, learned alot. I still have a 100 year old whiskey bottle I pulled out of someone's basement ceiling we were restoring. Good stories.
