does anyone have one of these and if so how do they sound. is it an SQ sub or an SPL sub.

SSD is a SQL sub. But IMO Its more SPL then SQ. But they still sound great.

The SSD is a very capable sub and is a great daily driver.

u think i should just get one 15inch SSD put it in a ported box and give it 600watts RMS or just stick with my original plan of getting 2 12inch Kicker CVRs in a ported box

You can option the SSD to your install, unlike the kicker.

yea i have 2 12inch L5s but im selling them tomorrow and im going to want to buy a new system and i was wondering if a 15 SSD would be loud and sound pretty nice at the time cause now im looking for SQL and how much would a box be for the SSD.

well u could look into Imortal Box Building aka logan or fisher customs...Canaan or build one yourself.

I have a 15" SSD. They get pretty loud on a hifonics 1206D, but I don't know about 600 rms lol.

Each vehicle is different and theres ways to make up for less power.
