2 ohm sub at 2 ohm??

Hey whats up I got a 2 ohm L7 and I got it wired 2 2 ohms at circuit city... the negative 1 voice coil doesn't even have any wires running thru it.... and the positve 1 has a wire coming from the positive 2 ... well u guys prolly kno what I'm tlkin bout thy have a 2 ohm sub wire to 2 ohms by not hooking up 1 of the voice coils is this safe or should I wire em 2 4 ohms bcuz my amp isn't 1 ohm stable

No! always wire both voice coils. Run your amp at 4 ohms until you can get an amp that does the power you need at 1 or 4 ohms

No I I'm not getting new amps ill get 4 ohm subs if anything... and explain what happens if u run it like I said it has 3 voice coils hooked up and 1 not hooked up I had it like for maybe 3 weeks or so... wat could happen...
