The box itself comes with binding posts, and 14ga (or 12ga?) wiring pre-run. The interior is coated, it is glued and screwed. The panel the woofer mounts to is quality Birch ply (the $70 a sheet stuff!) that is stained with... the name of the stain escapes me... and varnished. Birch is *extremely* strong and holds screws extremely well, it is more comparable to a double layer (1.5") MDF baffle. The rest of the box is MDF.

There is gasket caulk around the woofer hole to ensure a 100% seal around the woofer. There are no leaks in this box.

It is approx .75 cube, which is perfect for most 10" woofers. If your not sure, ask me and I'll let you know if your woofer will fit.

This box will work in nearly any car, and fits in the yaris firing back, up, sideways etc. The dimensions are 12 1/8 x 12 1/8 x 13 5/8.

Asking $85 shipped to the continental US, $120 shipped with the woofer.

This, IMO, would make a great little HT woofer... which is what it will probably end up as if it doesnt sell (although im motivated, make some offers!) :-)

Mark, do you prefer Birch because of $$$, resonant qualities, strength? Do tell.

Yeah baltic is some strong stuff. That's why most of the really good pro sound contractors (JBL, Eastern, Martin, Meyer etc.) still use it exclusively. The weight/strength ratio is unparalled, and it is 10x easier to work with but like you said the stuff is not cheap.
