for subs id look at:
AudioQue SD 2.5's www.audioque.com
or DD 2500 series www.ddaudio.com
SS RL-p www.soundsplinter.com
AA Arsenal www.ascendantaudio.com
Fi SSd www.ficaraudio.com
a few AA assasins
RE SX ebay

amps for SX SSD(assuming flatwind coil)id go with a massive audio P1000.1
for arsenal id do a PG Xenon 600.1 off ebay
for 2 assasins id also do the xenon 600.1
also the 2500, sd 2.5, and rl-p can be ran off the 600.1

you could get a kicker cvx 15", they are brand new at www.sonicelectronix.com for under $200 shipped. arc audio kar 900.1d (great amp) new from aa for $460 plus shipping. that'll leave about $100+ for box and wires.

if he has the room, go with 1 15" hd3 or btl. Chad's btls are nice, and my hd3's are nice as well. I personally have the hd3 and love it. with 1k-1.5k it will perform very well. and will have nice spl and nice sq as well. get a hd315 and a nine.1 or a massive audio p1500.1.

should take your time on what you want to get. I'll give it a weeks time of thinking/researching.

1 week, and I'm proud of my decisions. Do it right the first time. I like my equipment, and I feel as if I have done it right.
