Idk guys..i had my 12" Q in a sealed 1.3 cu.ft enlcosure and it was like popping when it would try to get a low low note...then i put it in a 4.0 cu.ft box tuned to 35 hz and it sounded obviously louder but no where near to what u guys are saying this this can do????whats up??im giving it 1000 wrms and its in a good box!!! I mean dont get me wrong its clean as can be but i just suspected louder...maybe my setting are wrong or something...or maybe i was just used to my MTX 9500...i just sold it to get the Q and i kinda miss it because it was loud and sorta clean...but idk. Really i was just wondering wat other Fi Q owners have put up for number wise..(12 or 15) ????

4cuft tuned to 35hz w/ a Q12???

wow...lil big there chief!

I would go 2-2.25cuft net tuned to 35hz.
You should be able to do high 130's w/ it in such a box.

Also...It will be more explosive in 2-2.25cuft than in the box you have now.

ya thats wat i thought to canaan but i had the box laying around so i thought id try. But it did slam the heck outta those lows with that box and for the tuning i thought it was good since usually you'd tune a little lower for a Q

dont plan on getting much louder then that sealed with a 12. Remember Mike was using a 15. Now if you had 2 and 2000 watts then yes things are possible.
