105a Stock Delco - 01' Pontiac Sunfire

(give it few mins to upload)

System shown in video:
Pioneer 6800mp HU
Polk 6x9
Pioneer 4x6

Should I splurge for a 180a Iraggi for $200 when I get my 12" JL Audio sub + 500w amp or get a battery or what? I have a feeling the delco wont handle anymore.

If your amp is class D, then you should be okay with stock alternator and battery.
If you have the money and plan to upgrade in the future, then get 180A HO alternator. New battery isn't required unless it's dying.

Yeah, It's going to be a class D Infinity http://www.crutchfield.com/S-NVdlO2w6CvJ/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=108R611A&s=0&cc= 01

I will try it out obviously before I buy a new alt, but was just asking...seems awful low voltage with A/C, headlights, and stereo cranked.

-fixing video link as I speak...

I've seen your video. It showed 11.8v on your HU display. I am not sure how accurate that is, but if you're concerned, then use DMM and monitor the voltage near the amp and HU.
Most people do not listen to loud music while blasting air and headlights on at the same time.
If with DMM, you see voltage above 12.5v, then you're fine. If it falls below that, then you will need alternator upgrade.
