electrical motor interference something like that, and from what I learned in school I do not have a solid answer but I would think so. Let me see what the initials mean!
electromagnetic interference - radiation which is emitted by electrical circuits carrying rapidly changing signals, as a by-product of their normal operation, and which causes unwanted signals (interference or noise).
