High Output Alternator

Where can I get a decent price high output alternator for a 2002 chevy impala, and what alternator amp output is good for this setup I deff need a new one because my lights dim really really really bad im afraid one of these times the car is just gonna shut off lol. I'm running 2 12" kicker l7's with a kicker zx1500.1 amp. so any suggestions or help thanks

ok which alternator amp would I be safe with getting using a 2 12" l7 and a zx1500.1 amp. and idk what it means but alt amp and alt amp idle.

is that the only amp your running? if you can afford to get the biggest you can find for your car. even if you don't need the extra power now it never hurts. but i would go at least 200a.

yeah a zx1500.1 so its benched at 1769 watts and my lights dim like crazy so i nkow i need a new alternator so ur saying go at least 200 and i should be fine no dimming or anything then??

ya a 200 would work nice. go irragi...cheaper prices for a better/more powerful alternator

ho alt. doesn't mean it'll stop all dimming, but yeah you need one. just remember get the biggest you can, do the big 3, and replace the battery if you haven't already. an extra wouldn't.

I always thought Iraggi was expensive?I paid $535 for my 300 Amp Alt from Iraggi.Oh and also...alts from EA have lots of problems I'm not sure why people reccomend them.In my opinion Excessive Amperage Alts are crap :-(

idle amps are the amps the alternator will produce when ur car is idle... like at a stop light etc.

oh alright so would 100amp at idle be alright then cuz its 220Amp and 100 Amp Idle so would this be good for my setup
