I'm strongly looking at a 12" Q to replace my two Infinity 1230w's, what size box, and tuning freq would you gus recommend for it? just about everything but country gets played in the car. also how much power can they handle, I'm looking at either a Hifonics BXi1206d, BX1606d or possibly a Kicker 1200.1 but leaning towards the hifonics because I can afford them new
"I tested the Q 12 in 1.2 cuft sealed as well as 2.5 cuft tuned at 28 and 33 Hz. I honestly prefered the sealed overall, but it was a fair amount less loud than the other two. The 33Hz got loud and still played the lows. Its a good all around tuning for anyone looking for a solid daily driver and not for a perfect SQ setup."
