do the kicker comp vr's need alot og airspace or would just a normail box from bestbuy or somwhere work well??

build your own box.
someone was gonna say it so i decided to beat everyone to the punchline.

people on here will help you build your box, just ask around.

I had a 10 inch kicker comp vr in a .7 cft prefab sealed box powered with 300w rms. It sounded all right..not bad at all. then i built a box for it..1.75 cubes tuned to 32hz..and wow! ..it gets as loud as my 12 inch cerwin...probably louder...makes me wonder what would happen if i built a better box for the cerwin. so i would say if its a decent sized box then you should be good, but if u have the time, build your own.
