Heres the specs on the box

33 wide x 17 tall x 21.5 deep

tuned to 33 hz (54 inches of port area)

NET volume of 4.6 cu ft

I'm gonna be powering them with my PA A3000Db for now. I'm planning on selling my CVX's and getting a better amp. I Just got done painting the box black.

the box has a shitload of screws lol but still looks good the port shouuld of been painted black but its hard to do that now. whats the rms on those subs?

he ripped you off for that box with that many screws an caulk and looks like glue on one side he could of atleast carpet it for you.

i dont mean its a crappy box but the ghetto finish is a no no , but do paint inside the port though - lol

take it 2 a local shop & have them cover it 4 u so it will look pro .....

I painted it to camouflage it from the lil hoodlums lookin to jack someone. I do plan on getting it carpeted though.

Well to be honest I havent heard or tried out alot of subs like some of you have. I dont really know what to compare them to, until i hear them. What do you guys think they should be compared with?

lol. there not a lot of screws in there guys. each screw is spaced 3".

and yea, the wood glue turns into an orange color, when it dries, so you wont tell when you carpet or paint the port also.

its braced also.. how could u say it doesnt look good!

box looks fine.. just something i would have done that you did not is delete the L .. a 1" piece was pretty pointless to put in there lol.. considering it might change the frequency at most to 34hz.

also noticed there were no screws holding the port in.. i know its glued but i always uses screws on the port :-)

there are not to many screw's in that box, you are bright bass 3-4 in is rule of thumb. Those hole are nothing a little wood filler and some sandpaper cant make perfect. They are nicely countersunk so it would come out perfect. Repaint it and you are golden. A nice box if I must say so:-)
