Theses components are the best i could find around and they are at the same pricing range. The Phoenix Gold is rated 300 RMS The Infinity is rated 100RMS
Which will be the Loudest and most Clear???

Well, everybody has their preference, but I like the Kappa Perfects. It all depends on the install and what you plan to amp them with. The Infinitys have a bright tweeter, and I think it sounds better when it is mounted closer to the midrange speaker. The clarity is amazing. However, the Phoenix Gold has better bass (if you want that and don't plan to have subs) but takes so much power to push. (more money on an amp) My cousin has Kappa Perfects installed in custom kick panels running off a Kicker SX400.2 (perfect combo) and it is plain out awesome.
