If thats the case, call and ask to talk to the supervisor and hope that your not talking to one already =). I would talk to the highest authority if possible.

Tech suppost not any good? Ive never called and NOT hand my question answered. Wayne is one hell of a tech, and Craig is one of the most amazing box building advisors ive ever spoken too.

W/E. Consider the source.

when i said azzholes i didn't mean they don't answer your questions. wait til they receive your sub and start to work on it. they will take their sweet azz time and charge you arm and a leg for any repair.

the reason why i say this is cause i had to send my 2 ssi's for repair one time. they told me they will fix it in a week. 4 weeks later they told me the damage isn't covered under the warranty. i was lucky the dealer i bought it from was going to deal with it and gave me 2 new subs. of course i had to pay $100 for each sub.

also ask B. he was a treo dealer and now they are dropping treo cause of their attitude. its easy to answer questions about boxes and sh!t but its a whole different story when it comes them actually doing something about it.

Still a Treo dealer, and i say, buy some CA glue and fix it yourself. If you need directions...PM me. Its no big deal.

I used 15min epoxy thinly placed with a quarter taped to the middle of the dustcap. Be sure to make sure the sub is level, use a bubble level if need be or it will slide around on the cone. This turned out to be the best, permanent solutin and you can't see the repair. Polo.. :-)

Im not B.....so....

I would use none other thsn Black Max or true CA glue, simply because its tried, tested, proven, and is basically what is used upon assembly in the first place.
