Alright so I have my stock stereo system that i need to use as an input as well an ipod, so i need 2 inputs. I need 3 outputs for sub amp, speaker amp, and tv. I would like for the EQ to have a small crossover built in, just to have like rear and sub difference so the lows go to the sub and the his go to the speakers. How do i match an eq for this? just look for a 2 input 3 output?

Why not get an after market head unit? It would save the headache, and you would be able to upgrade a great deal more easily. For the price of the EQ you're wanting, a head unit with all of the same features could certainly be had on ebay for less than $150.
