I currently have an alpine 9807 and im a fan of alpine pioneer and eclipse should i upgrade or not whats the difference in the new alpines and the one i have since this was one of the good ones at its time and to me its still a good unit.
The 9807 is a good player, does mp3 and has good sound quality. I don't see a reason to upgrade other than wanting slightly better sound quality (if I remember correctly, the 9807 was a mid-grade unit in Alpine's line up at the time).
yea same thing i was thinking why do it, i mean even for its time i pull up next to people with big systems in the car and u can hear everything crystal clear outside of my car, always get the question wat unit are u using even though certain people got the pioneer DEHP5800MP or the color version of that.
