yes, 3 dual 4 ohm subs will be at a 2.6666 ohm load so you will want an amp to be 2 ohm stable and 4 dual 4 ohm subs will be at a 2 ohm load. so if the total of your subs rms power is equal to 1500 rms then that amp will work. and actually your subs total rms can be a little higher since the zx1500.1 is underrated.
