Today i took out a system in a friends car to hook mine up because i dont currently have a car and im tired of looking at my stuff just sitting on the floor. Well i hooked my new amp(autotek mm1400.1)up and then proceeded to wire the two arsenal 12's to a 1ohm load after all of that i hooked it up and the only sound i got out of the subs was if i put my ear to them i could hear a scratchy sound. The amo was on and appeared to be working fine but i messed with it for atleast an hour and couldnt get no bass. Did i maybe hook something up wrong please help...
check ur ground wires, make SURE their SOLID! then check all power wires AGAIN.. and REMOTE wire.. what is the final ohm load from the subs goin to the amp?
